As a clinical nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner, I use and practice nutrition for healing every day. I witness the power of nutrition heal people, change lives, and restore hope. Since 2010, I have also had the privilege of seeing this class change students’ lives as they personally apply the knowledge they gain.
My goal is not to simply pass out grades, nor to plunge through the exercises of teaching, but to change your life for the better. To inspire you to live healthier and to put knowledge into your hands that will not only help you, but will also help other people in your life as you share your new knowledge.
