Maureen Snow Andrade is Professor of Organizational Leadership and Assistant Department Chair at Utah Valley University. Her work as an educator, scholar, and academic leader focuses on helping students connect theory to practice and develop the skills needed for success in organizations. She teaches organizational behavior, leadership, and organizational development and designs learning experiences that emphasize application, teamwork, reflection, communication, critical thinking, and career readiness.

Her research and publications address organizational behavior, leadership, employee engagement, job satisfaction, gender and workplace experiences, management education, online and hybrid learning, assessment, and high-impact teaching practices. Drawing on extensive experience in curriculum design, academic leadership, faculty development, accreditation, and international higher education projects, Dr. Andrade created Organizational Behavior in Practice to help students actively engage with organizational behavior concepts and apply them to real managerial challenges.
