Dr. Kimberley Miller, Agricultural Science professor at California State Polytechnic University at Pomona, has dedicated over a quarter-century to educating students about the nature of our food system: the animals we raise and harvest, as well as the dilemmas that keep communities food insecure even in the wealthiest of nations. Drawn to both teaching and animal science since childhood, Dr. Miller earned her B.A. in Animal Science, her M.A. in Agricultural Science and her Ph.D. in Agricultural Education.
